Something New is committed to respecting and protecting the personal information of our guests, event hosts and market vendors. This policy explains what details we collect through our website forms and how they are handled.

Information we collect

When you send an event room enquiry or a vendor application through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details or notes you send about your event or your goods. If you attach a photo of your products to a vendor application, we receive that photo too.

Why we collect it

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate event room bookings, answer questions about office space and review vendor applications. We do not sell, rent or share your contact information with outside marketers.

If you tick the optional box to hear about upcoming events and markets, we'll also use your email address to send you those updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where your information is stored

Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you send a form, Netlify receives and stores it for us and emails it to Something New. Netlify's servers may be located outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Maps

Our homepage shows a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep form submissions for [retention period] to manage bookings and stay in touch with active vendors. After this period, records are securely deleted.

Requesting removal of your data

You may ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, or ask for your information to be removed from our records, at any time. Simply email us at somethingnewhamilton@gmail.com or call (905) 512-4656.
